For those of you not following, the Zags are currently the 5th best team according to Joe Lunardi at ESPN, so we are the best #2 seed in the country in his opinion.

I'd love to see this bracket, avenge the loss to Illinois, then destroy an overrated Arizona(if they make it that far) and have a very good chance against whoever wins the top half.
I want NO PART of Illinois. That team can beat anyone if they are making shots. Case in point? Indiana. Ohio State by 20+. Not to mention the matchup problem we would have with them, with a great p-n-r and stretch bigs.
Lunardi's bracket is from last Friday. After the win at USF, an updated bracket flashed up on the screen, on ESPN, with GU as the one seed in the west. I'm waiting for the update on his page tho.
Illinois doesn't scare me, that was by far our worst game of the season and we were down by only 3 with a couple minutes left. Zags win a rematch by 10-15.
He recanted that and said it was "erroneous". That he is keeping Gonzaga as a 2 seed, but now the first 2 seed.
To BB
That blows because GU has a better Ranking Percentage Index (RPI) than Florida with more quality wins at home and away. Sometimes I think Lunardi is a clown.
