What it means for the future (Analysis):
This was no cupcake game. Yes the Zags had won 26 of the last 27 games against Portland, but was this a typical game? We were on the road at a hostile Chiles Center, with a Portland team who is as seasoned as they have ever been. At the end of the day, walking out with a win should be seen as a big deal regardless of how close it was. I personally think the Zags played a great game, and despite Jared Stohls otherworldly three point shooting or T.J. Campbells amazing passes, We still won!
