AMMO's Back, at practice with the Zags

Adam Morrison (aka-AMMO) was one of my favorite Gonzaga players. From his innate ability to hit ridiculous shots; to his ability to play at such a high level with his daily fight with Diabetes, and for his fiery attitude.

I remember paying an enormous amount of money purchasing tickets just to satisfy my itch to see this spectacular college player in person. I recall we paid $350.00 to watch him throw up 42 points on Portland in the Kennel. He went berserk and it looked as if everything he threw up would find the bottom of the net.

The amount of money we paid for these tickets hurt at the time, but the Bulldog Club passes they came with allowed us to numb the pain with free beer & wine. Watching Morrison tickle the twine up close was worth every penny and I'd definitely do it again.

We'll be pulling for Adam to show the current players some of the tricks he has learned along the way and to have a successful career as a coach with Gonzaga. GO AMMO!!~

Here is a great article by Jim Meehan on Adam Morrison that details his return: Adam's new role
